Building Trust in Google’s AD Policy

Challenge: Google Ads serves millions of advertisers, but increasing complexity in ad policies led to frequent violations, repeat offenders, and confusion — eroding user trust and increasing support load.

My Role: Led end-to-end UX for policy enforcement, driving strategy through cross-functional workshops with legal, policy, support, ENG, PM and research teams to prioritize clarity and self-service.
